Pitching Instructor

Playing Career: Norman is a nine year member of ABD Academy, he also played four years as a NCAA member at California State University of Monterey Bay. Upon graduation, he was the university's all time leader in innings pitched, wins and strikeouts. In 2010 Norman signed a professional contract to play and coach with Erbach Grasshoppers in Erbach, Germany. Norman finished as the team leader in saves and innings pitched and also helped lead the team to a second place finish in the German Bundesliga.

Coaching Career: Norman has been coaching youth camps and clinics of all ages since 2005. He was named Assiatant pitching Coach at California State University of Monterey Bay for the 2009-2010 season. Norman coached at the professional lever in Germany in 2010, as a player/coaching staff for ABD Academy.

Goals: Norman's goal is to improve baseball players of all ages, through the teachings of proper mechanics, mental aspects of pitching as well as injury prevention.
